See an ENT: You should see an ENT and have your sinuses directly visualized with a camera. They may find that you have a narrowing of the ostia (the opening of the sinus) or some other cause (like mucous, a cyst, etc.) additionally, they can look a lot more carefully at your ear and visualize any issues with the eardrum, the canal or the other structures. One stop for most of your issues.
