My almost 3 year old has been getting ear infections since she was little,what should i do,what can happen,how to stop these....she has sinus problems?

If the child is getting more than 5-6 ear infections per year, typically ear tubes are placed to reduce the number of infections and allow them to be treated with drops in the ear rather than more oral antibiotics. Frequent ear infections can affect hearing and speech development.
