Possibly: Yes, but generally it would take a fairly significant scoliotic curve to see that. Scoliosis can cause not only curvature of the spine in the frontal plane, but also rotation of the vertebra, which can result in rib asymmetry like you have described. Alternatively, your ribcage may have been just built that way.

Most likely as : Scoliosis is a twisting or rotation rather than a bend of the spine just like taking a straight hanging rope & coiling it leading to the curvature but also the asymmetry or changes in regard to rib appearance for one as well as waist creases and how far one arm is from the body as compared to the other when hanging down on each side as well as shoulder height differences and even breast appearance.
