Discuss with Rx Dr: Everyone metbolizes meds differently, and some people will get relief at 12.5mg Paxil (paroxetine) with out side effects, and others will not. Only you and your treating physician will be able to tell what dose is best for you. Good luck.

?: Not sure what your question is. Paxil (paroxetine) can often be sedating and i usually recommend taking it at bedtime. Daytime sedation may or may not be dose related.
