Your meds ....: May be making you sleepy during the day, causing you to nap, then making it difficult to sleep at night. On the other hand, your meds could be making it difficult for you to sleep well( lamictal, for instance, taken at night to begin with, could have helped with sleep, but as the dose went up, may have disturbed your sleep) causing you to nap. Discuss with your dr and move meds around to see.
