Starting dose: What is starting dose also are you taking any other medications Paxil (paroxetine) have lot of interaction with different medications it can cause drowsy sedation restless even suicidal thoughts.

I just started Paxil (paroxetine) 12.5mg QD and have been on trazadone 100mg HS. Paxil (paroxetine) seems to make me drowsy. Can I take it at night knowing it is a low dose?
