How long does it take women's periods to re-regulate after childbirth? its been almost 7 months and its still a guessing game!

Breast feeding?: Periods are irregular for much longer in women who are breast feeding regularly. If you are not, talk to your doc because you should be regular by now.

Depends: If you are breastfeeding then periods may take a while. Otherwise you should really have therm by now. If in 2-3 months you do not have a period you would want to have a full evaluation to figure out why.
