When you stop: Some women can prevent menstrual cycles with exclusive breast feeding. I would not worry until you've stopped lactating & then within 3 months. Some patients find out the hard way that you ovulate before you have a cycle, so be careful & use a more reliable birth control if you want to avoid another quick pregnancy.
