Probably not.: Irregular spotting is more likely to mean that you're not ovulating, rather than pregnancy. A pregnancy test will tell you. If it's negative, and you wish to become pregnant, i would see your doctor to know if you're ovulating or not. If not, your doctor can help you to ovulate with pills.
