I have tenderness on the left side of my head towards the center it feels like there is a small bump but i haven't bumped my head. should i worry?

It is unlikely that: This is anything serious. You may have hit it unknowingly, or may have some inflammation in the area from skin lesion (pimple, ingrown hair, etc). Don't know if you're concerned re a tumor? Most tumors (esp brain tumors are not painful unless very large when they also cause other characteristic symptoms. Should resolve on its own. Check w your doc if you're still worried.

Most lumps, benign: Don't start worrying. The majority of small bumps on your head would be benign (not cancer). Lumps that can be tender are cysts, lymph nodes and less likely lipomas. Still, hard to evaluate it over the net. See your primary md who can take a good history and examen you.
