Try my recepie: To start with: 1. Take dulcolax 4 tabs at night. 2. Next morning, you will have good bm which will clean your digestive system. 3. Next, start taking senokot (senna) 2 tab. Every night for 2 months. 4. Take amitryptaline 25 mg 1/2 hour before lunch only. Skip the dinner dose. 5 try this routine for 3 months. You will feel better.

2-3x/day for 2 days: excruciating, sharp, stabbing pain in lower left abdomen and rectum, relieved by bowel movement, passing gas or walking. Colonoscopy 1 yr ago was normal. No nausea/vomiting/fever/blood in stool. Could this be gastritis or IBS?
