What is your definition by " feel wet"? Is the wet caused by truly stool or mucus or clear liquid? Does your sexual practice put you at risk for bowel incontinence? IBS should not be the reason for a wet anus.

Last night up and down most of night with stomach ache but normal bowel movements 3 times. Does this sound like IBS even with the normal movement. Ive had good colonoscopy and good yelp blood test. Today wiped out no energy I just cause no sleep. Sh?
2-3x/day for 2 days: excruciating, sharp, stabbing pain in lower left abdomen and rectum, relieved by bowel movement, passing gas or walking. Colonoscopy 1 yr ago was normal. No nausea/vomiting/fever/blood in stool. Could this be gastritis or IBS?
