Knee pain: If your pain is in front/under your knee cap, then most likely patella femoral pain syndrome. Best managed with exercise to strengthen your quads to improve tracking, and avoiding deep knee bending. Also oral or topical nsaids can be of benefit, as well as a brace. Injection of cortisone or hyaluronic acid also popular. If pain is on the side then may be a meniscus tear. See your doctor for eval.

More info.: We would need some more information to make an accurate assessment. What brings the pain on? What seems to make it go away? How long has this been going on? Any trauma to the knee in the past? And the left knee is fine? And what about you - medical conditions, medications you take, weight, exercise regimen?
