Ectopic Risk: You don't mention how your ectopic was managed. If treated with Methotrexate or salpingostomy (tube sparing surgery) you are still at risk for an ectopic & see your doc as soon as you become pregnant. (high risk for ectopic). If your tube was removed, the scarring may still cause your pain. Ask your doc how your remaining tube looked & don't trust it. If damaged, consider ivf or see a specialist.

Not unusual.: It is not unusual to feel pain at an area previously operated on for some time after the surgery - so in that sense your right tubal discomfort is nothing to worry about. Did they remove the right tube or just clean it up from the ectopic? Depending on the form of treatment, you are at increased risk for recurrent ectopic pregnancy in all future reproductive attempts. Take folate (folic acid) and see ob/gyn!
