Nothing: Just because you have anxiety does not mean you will necessarily experience "attacks". If your symptoms worsen you should seek the advice of your doctor.

I see that "panic: Attacks" are listed under "conditions". Many people use the term "anxiety attacks" to refer to "panic attacks". So, I am confused by your question.
