You have anxiety... : ... And need to be evaluated and treated with therapy alone or combined with medication. Talk to your family md or a psychiatrist. Anxiety is the commonest psychiatric disorder and very treatable.

Attachment: Many people have panic attacks, often with no specific trigger. You have one in particular, which can mean you're very attached to your parents. Depending on your age, this could prevent you from developing your own life and goals. Consulting a psychiatrist and psychotherapist can yield understanding & a treatment plan. Medicines can help; so can talk therapy -- it provides anti-anxiety tools.

Attachment: I agree with dr.Pamela's answer and certainly it is a scary thoughts to loose some one like u parents especially if they have been very supportive and fulfilled all u wishes. However, u need to think rational , we r all standing in line and one day it will happen. Enjoy their company and be their for them as they have been there for u.
