Start with your primary care, let them evaluate for physiological causes to your symptoms such as thyroid or heart related problems. If they deem you to be suffering with anxiety without physiological cause, you can consider approaches such as medications, meditation, psychotherapy (CBT is very effective often, EMDR can help too). Face the anxiety head on, get evaluated, it will be empowering
