A member asked:

Taking 10 mg norvasc (amlodipine) and diazepam causing water retention?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Edema and drugs: Diazepam (d) by itself rarely causes edema. Norvasc (amlodipine) can do this and this may be difficult to treat. You should see your physician to make sure you do not have cardiac, renal or any venous disease of your legs causing this fluid accumulation. Good luck.
