I took my amlodopine 5mg this morning. then tonight i went to take my other medication but accidentally took 3 amlodipine i drank a gulp of water and realised i had made a mistake and spat what was dissolved in my mouth i may have ingested some?

No worries for the extra Amlodipine ingested as you are taking a relatively low dose, usually prescribed at 10 mg daily. Going forward would suggest a safety mechanism such as a pillbox in order to avoid similar events.
