Is 3 weeks too long to wait to have a d&c/hysteroscopy done when my endometrium is 24.5mm thick? is this urgent?

Have D&C asap: There are many factors to consider here, but if you have been having abnormal bleeding, with a lining that thick, you need to have the procedure done as soon as possible. Not an emergency, but not something you want to put off for several months.
