Odd terminology: The phrase “polypoid endometrium” is a bit odd and not a normal way of describing endometrial tissue. Endometrial polyps are benign findings. Your surgeon would likely have seen them during hysteroscopy. It sounds like the pathologist is saying that polyps were found. Go over the report with your fertility doctor so that all of your concerns can be addressed.
