Focally inactive endometrium means there is focus of inactive (atrophic) endometrium. However, it does not make sense for those 2 contrast features, secretory (functional) and inactive (atrophic) at one site. It makes more sense if the result is secretory endometrium with focally inactive endometrium which could explain your fertility issue. Talk to your GYN doctor for further question. Good luck.
