Since miscarriage, i break out in a rash right before and after my monthly. it itches really bad and welts up then bruises. isn't ezcema, what is it?

Rash: Your history is interesting but I am not sure it is related to the miscarriage. You do not describe where the rash is, but you need to have a doctor look at it for a proper diagnosis. Some individuals have cyclical hives with their menstrual cycles, and that may be your case.
