If concerned: Get it checked if concerned but usually if it does not hurt it does not need to be treated. If it is painful in any way it should be checked.

No: If its no broke don't fix it. You may simply have a snapping hip or psoas tendon. If it doesn't hurt then i wouldn't sweat it too much. If you have pain then i would have it looked at.
