Possible: Always have good followup with your oral surgeon. Call their office and ask.

Call Surgeon: Has the pain been there all five days? It sounds like a dry socket but you had bone grafting? Best to call your surgeon asap to check the surgical site and determine why you are still in pain.

Long Extraction pain: Pain from an extraction can be of several origins. As you are on anti-biotics ,infection is less likely. But because of the strenuous nature of the tooth removal, the muscles of mastication and the sites were the shots were given can still be quite uncomfortable. Call your surgeon's office for some recommendations and a follow up visit.
