Yes: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe during pregnancy, but it may not help all the pains, such as round ligament pain, during early pregnancy. No medication really will help.

Better not to take : Tylenol (acetaminophen) can be safe but it is recommended not to rake medications unless absolutely needed especially on early pregnancy.
