Probably safe!: Panadol is a acetomenophin drug like Tylenol (acetaminophen) but does NOT have the "safety" profile of Tylenol (acetaminophen)... Why not take the latter? Hope this helps Dr z

Yes.: Panadol (Acetaminophen) is safe to use during pregnancy and may relieve your headache. However, you should not exceed more than 4000 mg per day or more than 1000 mg in any single dose. Do not take repeated dose more often than every 6 to 8 hours.
