it is advisable not to take sleep medications during pregnancy
take natural remedies.
See your obstetrician to discuss stress management tylenol (acetaminophen) pm if needed should be under his/her supervision.

Three miscarriages: The tylenol (acetaminophen) pm aside, I do have some concern about your three previous miscarriages. That is an unusual number and an underlying reason may be present. Have you discussed this with your obstetrician?
