What type of foods should i eat to help manage ra?

Foods for RA: Diet high in vegetables and fruits, many eaten raw and blenderized. Use only orgainic foods. Fish-wild salmon, sardines, grass fed beef, nuts (raw) be mainly vegetarian. Take vitamins and supplements. Avoid excess bread and grain and also cows milk.
