Not normally associa: Heart block is generally not related to chest pain unless there is associated coronary artery disease.

Perhaps: Heart block is an electrical term with brady cardia. Heart blockage is atherosclerosis with coronary artery obstruction which leads to possibility of heart attacks. Chest pain is a symptom from several things, but angina and heart attack are in that list.
