Yes: The work up should not end here. Breast infection? Can I assume this is an infection below the skin or involving lymph nodes? In either case, screening tests for immune function would likely be warranted (depending on severity and if this is recurrent). Blood in the urine should be exhaustively worked up in a 9yo. And yes, asthma or other immune-related lung problems can be part of a syndrome
