Could be seallergies: Your symptoms seems to be very much as " seasonal allergic rhinitis" or inflammation of sinus due to exposure to spring pollen ! depends on your local area - pollen saturation in the air is high between february to july! you may try otc antihistamine as Allegra , nasal saline rinses to " flush nasal passages "! if more symptoms persists you may see your doc to prescribe more effective medication.
