Seebelow: If you are looking to lose weight the starvation diet is not the answer.. You need to learn to eat correctly for you. Starvation diets never work because you always gain weight back. I would suggest you check with your physician.. For a more sensible approach. The answer weight loss, lower your carbohydrate intake, stop soda, cardiovascular exercise, increase your protein.
