Talk to dentist : It is quite possible that you do clench your teeth and this caused the chips on your front teeth. You need to have your bite evaluated and possible a night guard made to prevent this chipping and wear. If you don't address this problem now then the wear and chipping will continue.

No: The tern bite collapse has a specific meaning and given this information it would not lead to bite collapse. Clenching however can be a result of a disturbed bite. Polishing would not disturb your bite any more than waxing your car would change the way the doors close. A filling can change your bite especially if its high or hitting hard. Ask your dentist to check the bite on the new fillings.

Typically not: If there was crowding before then ongoing collapse and crowding can be found and at times be accelerated.

No worries polishing: Bite collapse is a term that generally refers to loss of vertical dimension (facial support) due to loss of posterior permanent teeth that have not been replaced prosthetically, resulting in tipping and drifting of teeth adjacent to the loss. Neither polishing of posterior teeth nor bonding of anterior teeth causes bite collapse.

Bite collapse: No. Repairs or chipped teeth will not lead to a bite collapse.
