Molars: Your teeth do not grow once they are formed and erupted. They can shift their position , super erupt or drift downward to fill a space but this is unpredictable. Talk to your dentist about your concerns about your posterior open bite.

Molar Occlusion: Teeth develop under the gumline and once they are exposed the crowns of the teeth do not grow or chance in size or shape. If your front teeth were made to appear longer with composite bonding and the back teeth are already touching, the back teeth will basically stay in that position. If there is a space in the back as a result of front tooth lengthening, they may "drift" over time to touch.

Depends: It's called passive eruption. But don't count on it to give you a stable occlusion. I would suggest that you seek a second opinion.
