Just wondering if it's safe to get a tooth pulled out while 12 weeks pregnant?

Wait for week 14 : It is preferred to wait after the pregnancy to extract a tooth. However, if you must extract a tooth, the 2nd and 3rd trimesters are preferred.

Many factors : You have to consider many factors. 1. Location 2. Impacted? 3. Infected 4. Complicated pregnancy ? 5. Predicted difficulty of extraction -- surgical or simple. 6. Other general health issues 7. Discussed with OB doctor ? 8. If most of these issues are answered then you are at the borderline of the middle trimester when it is safer to extract a tooth.
