Many factors : You have to consider many factors. 1. Location 2. Impacted? 3. Infected 4. Complicated pregnancy ? 5. Predicted difficulty of extraction -- surgical or simple. 6. Other general health issues 7. Discussed with OB doctor ? 8. If most of these issues are answered then you are at the borderline of the middle trimester when it is safer to extract a tooth.
