Call and talk to : Your surgeon about your symptoms. In the meantime, try applying cold compress and take tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain. Hope u feel better!

Breast implant recov: It's a very normal feeling to have pressure or pain after breast augmentation surgery. You wont "explode" and the cause is from the swelling associated with this procedure, especially 1-3 days after your surgery. I use a pain pump and recommend ice, but check with your surgeon to make sure you don't have a bleeding complication (hematoma) as soon as possible.

May be normal : If the swelling is symmetric, it is likely a normal, response to surgery. Continue to do arm exercises as shown and take medication as prescribed. On rare occasions, the swelling may be due to bleeding but this tends to be on one side only. It is not a life threatening situation. However, mid not tolerable, you should contact your surgeon.
