Neuropathy: He conglomeration of symptoms described are hard to sort out without proper history and physical examination. However, a form of porphyria can present with abdominal pain and peripheral neuropathy. Please contact her physician for proper diagnosis and treatment. Hope she feels well soon.

If she has not : If she has not had a nerve condition study, she should have one. With her long periods, her thyroid should be treated as thyroid disease is more common in those have autoimmune diseases. Her abdominal pain could be a number of things, but a good place to start is to let her gastroenterologist know. If she is not seeing a neurologist, she should be seeing one.
