I had a seizure about an year ago without (it happened when i was exposed to flickering lights for a longer period of time. since then my vision is not normal. my eyes are not able to focus, i feel uncomfortable when i watch any fast moving objects?

You do not mention if you were placed on medication, as adverse effects could explain visual symptoms. A visit to an experienced ophthalmologist may clarify why the problems are present. Hopefully, a neurologist is already present to assist in the prevention of future seizures.
