Asking a question for 28 yr old daughter. she has sudden chronic anemia (within last year) and has no diagnosis. now has tingling in legs; memory ?

Symptoms are : Related to her anemia. Could have lupus , or underlying autoimmune diseases on top of chronic anemia. She needs to be worked up or followed by hematologist and or rheumatologist . Please discuss with her physician
