My upper right eye has been having pressure. like tightness.went to eye doc&she said nothing wrong with my eye&might be vascular. what does that mean?

Eye pain: Headaches can appear to come from the eye when in fact they could originate from the sinuses or the brain. A vascular cause may mean that you have high blood pressure which could result in headaches if it goes untreated.
