Doc saw that my eye has 22 mmhg pressure and said that my sight nerves were a little damaged (94 instead of 100)should i do slt or is medicine better?

More information: 22 is elevated but not to a dangerous degree. I have no idea what 94 v. 100 means. What are yours cups like (your doc should know) and what is your pachymetry. If you are proven to have a problem, eyedrops can be useful although SLT can eliminate the need for drops for a while. At your age, I would get more information and perhaps a second opinion before any treatment.
