Your c/o pressure: Versus pain is unusual, but consistent with your history of multiple scoliosis regarding your vision. Make sure you are seen by an ophthalmologist when this happens, or worked up by a neuro ophthalmologist, who you can folllow up with for management. You may need to get a hearing test by an ENT if this persists, as ms can affect any neural tissue and cause problems. Discuss this with your neuro dr.
