Temple pressure: There are several possibilities which include migraine, anxiety, or some other things. Please see your doctor to rule out or identify what is happening physically. If primarily anxiety related, consider seeing a clinical psychologist to learn how to manage anxiety or migraine. Peace and good health.

Clenching: Although, not all temple pressure is caused by stress and clenching of your teeth, it is a common cause. Anxiety will also accentuate the tension and often lead to clenching of your jaw. Try to take two warm moist wash cloths and place on on both the right and left temples at the same time. Leave it on, dipping the cloth in warm water if it cools, for 15-20 minutes and repeat this every hour.
