Possibly: Dilation of your eyes would show signs of optic nerve swelling if your intracranial pressure is high.

Unlikely: Dilated eye exam would show disc edema if there is increased intracranial pressure. You should have visual field testing done (rule out enlarged blind spot) by your ophthalmologist and further evaluation if you are still having symptoms.
