Its possible, but...: High blood pressure can cause changes in vision, but this usually only happens if it is poorly controlled for some time. Very high blood pressure can cause retinal hemorrhages and even swelling, which would have been seen if you doctor did a dilated exam. More likely you need to have your prescription adjusted or have your glasses fit adjusted.
