Pass it: The statistics say you have an 80% chance to pass this stone. Drink lots of fluids to generate a high urine output, soak in a hot bath, and take an Alpha blocker like flomax (tamsulosin). After that, the most reliable direct way to remove the stone is with ureteroscopy. This can be done on an outpatient basis and is very reliable.
