Here are some....: The decision on how to deal with a 9 x 6 x 5-mm nonobstructive stone found in left kidney depends on its potentially related symptoms/complications, size, and location. In general, some 75-85% of 4 mm or less stone may spontaneously pass in 2 weeks. But at times smaller stone still can not pass, and a larger stone can. For the time being, it is okay to just wait & see as long as being asymptomatic
