Not sure: What you are precisely talking about. Do you feel pressure in your head, or have you been diagnosed with high intracranial pressures? A sensation of pressure often comes from chronic sinusitis, either infectious, allergic, or post-infectious, these can be treated with saline rinses, nasal steroids, and antihistamines and/or antibiotics depending on the cause.
