Not sure: What you are precisely talking about. Do you feel pressure in your head, or have you been diagnosed with high intracranial pressures? A sensation of pressure often comes from chronic sinusitis, either infectious, allergic, or post-infectious, these can be treated with saline rinses, nasal steroids, and antihistamines and/or antibiotics depending on the cause. See a physician to get a diagnosis.

Pressure in headache: Headache pain can take on all forms, including pressure. The best all-around tip for diagnosing headache types is a headache diary. This includes the timing and severity of your headaches, what you were doing prior to, etc. Also important is what you do for them and whether it works.
