Multiple Reasons: Headaches at front of head at night could indeed be from increased pressure - if headache occurs after lying down. Could also be from multiple other causes: migraine, neck muscle (and particularly splenius capitas), or Temporo-Mandibular Joint troubles, to name a few benign, common headache causes. You will want to ask your physician; you may benefit from a specialist referral to a neurologist.
